  Church History

Mick and Lynn Elias planted the Vale of Aylesbury Vineyard Church in September 1997 out of Riverside Vineyard in Teddington, London. Since then the church has grown to around 170 adults and 70 children.

As a Vineyard, the church is committed to the core values of the movement - intimate worship, small groups, the Bible taught as the standard for living, evangelism, ministry to the poor, the use of spiritual gifts, signs and wonders, training and equipping, mission and church planting, and interaction with and love for other churches.

The past twenty-five years have seen the growth of over 1000 Vineyard churches and mission outreaches across 95 countries worldwide. The Vale of Aylesbury Vineyard is one of around 90 churches in the UK, overseen by Vineyard Churches UK

Vineyard Music Group produces the distinctive and inspiring worship songs with which the Vineyard has become synonymous.
