Summer Opening Hours: We are open Tuesday mornings until the end of August or by appointment Monday to Thursday. Families are invited to drop in from 9.45am – 11.30am on Tuesday mornings for a coffee and to browse through the clothes. We are closed on Tuesday 3rd August.
How to find the Vineyard storehouse
Our Storehouse ministry began with the idea of asking people to bring one item of non-perishable food to church or kinship each week. These are then kept in a central store to be distributed to those in need.
From there, we began recyling furniture and clothing for our clients who are invited to come and choose their items from our premises at Osier Way.
Every week we get numerous referrals from social services, health visitors, advocacy agencies, AVDC, housing agencies and others looking for help. It can be as simple as someone needing a box of food, or some clothes for their children, to baby equipment or furnishing a house where someone is being re-housed by the Council.
Simple acts of kindness. Everything dispensed with massive doses of love from an army of compassionate volunteers and free of charge.
We have a great team of volunteers who work hard to ensure that our clients get the best service possible and are on hand to offer prayer and spiritual support if required.
If you wish to donate furniture please ensure that it has a current fire retardent label. We cannot to take washing machines, gas appliances or cookers because we are unable to test them.

They did it! And survived! Well done to Ashleigh, Emily, Claire, Michelle, Lucy and Liz who ran an incredible 10k for Thembalitsha on a very hot Saturday in London. The money raised will go to support the work Tim and Maz are doing in South Africa. There's more information about Thembalitsha, or you can still sponsor them via JustGiving for a few more days. |
