Mondays and Wednesdays - 09.30 to 11.30

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 13.00 to 15.30

We are able also to collect on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays within 10 miles of central Aylesbury - usually between 10.30 and 14.00

If you wish to donate, please ensure sofas and armchairs comply with current fire retardant regulations. Items must be in good condition. We regret that we cannot take washing machines, gas appliances or cookers because we are unable to test them. We also are unable to receive toys, videos, DVD's or items containing glass. Currently we are not able to receive large televisions, lounge units or large wardrobes.

The Storehouse ministry began in 1998 with the idea of asking people to bring one item of non-perishable food to church each week.

From there, we began recyling furniture and clothing as well for people to come and choose items from our premises.

Every week we get numerous referrals from social services, health visitors, advocacy agencies, Aylesbury Vale District Council, housing agencies and others looking for help. It can be as simple as someone needing a bag of food, or some clothes for their children, to baby equipment or furnishing a house.

Simple acts of kindness. Everything dispensed with massive doses of love from a group of compassionate volunteers - and free of charge.

There is no need to provide proof of income - just turn up! Appointments can be made outside of the normal opening hours, if accompanied by a referring agency worker.

We have a great team of volunteers who work hard to ensure that our clients get the best service possible and are on hand to offer prayer and spiritual support if required.
