Our Clothing Storehouse has proved to be a big success. Since it was first opened in 1998, we have been able to bless many families with the free gift of clothing. Over 1000 adults and children have benefited from this service to date.
Steve Riley explains how Storehouse helped him when times were tough.
We are open Tuesday and Thursday mornings or by appointment Monday to Thursday. Families are invited to drop in from 9.45am – 11.30am for a coffee and to browse through the clothes.
The storehouse is located in the Vineyard Centre. Directions and a map are available.
The Storehouse holds a wide range of good quality, second-hand clothing for babies and children, and a smaller range for teenagers and adults. Items of baby equipment and toys are also available.
Families can choose 3 items of clothing per person in their immediate family, making a return visit to the Storehouse every six months. We do not charge for this service as we see it as a way of assisting local families and meeting their needs in a practical way.
What We Need This Week:
- Boys winter clothes age 6+
